The card didn't come with a PIN number what do I do? 

These cards do not require a PIN number to use them. See resolutions below. If none of these are successful, you can contact Choice Digital's support for further assistance. 

1. You can use the card as a credit card

2. You can bypass the PIN number by pushing the yellow back arrow or Green circle on the PIN pad

3. You can create a PIN number by following the steps below: 

Digital cards: 

•    Locate the email that originally came from noreply@myprepaidcenter.com 
•    Look for the Subject line of “Your Virtual Prepaid Account”
•    Click on the link that says "Retrieve Card Number"
•    Verify identity with code sent to email or phone
•    Click on “View Details”
•    Look for green circle with key inside that says “Set/Reset PIN”
•    Select that and follow the prompts

OR

•    Click on https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/home
•    In the upper right corner click on Sign In/Register
•    Click on “Get Retrieval Link”
•    Enter your email address
•    Go to your email and copy the code
•    Go back to the MyPrepaidCenter site and paste the code
•    Click on “View Details”
•    Look for green circle with key inside that says “Set/Reset PIN”
•    Select that and follow the prompts

Physical cards: 

•    Click this link to the MyPrepaidCenterSite: https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/home
•     If you already have an account, log in if not select “Sign In/Register” in the upper       right corner
•    Click on Sign In/Register
•    Click “Sign Up”
•    Enter in the details needed and select “Create Profile”
•    Enter in the verification code sent to your email
•    Click on “Add Card”
•    Enter card details and click activate
•    Look for green circle with key inside that says “Set/Reset PIN”
•    Select that and follow the prompts
