There may be possible fraud on my card what do I do?

These cards are fully fraud protected. Call the number on the back of the card (1-888-371-2109) to reach a live agent that can get the fraud investigation started. 

These cards are fully fraud protected and cardholder services will be able to start a fraud investigation. Once the investigation is over the fraud department will then send a new card to you. Follow the steps below to reach a live agent. 

Virtual card:


1.    Call 1-888-371-2109
2.    Press the appropriate number for your preferred language
3.    Answer the security challenge - Listen carefully. The automated system will provide a short security code and then a prompt will ask you a question about the code. Consider having a piece of paper and pen handy to write down the code. You will need to answer the prompt correctly before you can move forward.
4.    Remain on the line until you hear the prompter say, "If you have your card handy…". You will need to listen through information about activating and using reward cards, as well as virtual card prompts. Do not press any options related to the virtual card scenarios - these will continue to use an automated system and will not transfer you to a customer support rep.
5.    After you hear “If you have your card handy…”, press 2. (The prompt says to press 2 if you don’t have your card number available - please press 2 anyway, as this is the quickest path to get you to a live rep.)
6.    Then press 2 again. You should hear a message saying you are being transferred to a representative.
