Who do I contact for expired/lost cards

You would contact CDCO's support team by either email or phone for any expired card or lost card reissues.
Note: For lost cards there is a $6.95 fee that automatically comes off the card balance.
Please note you will need to provide the last four of the card number or recipients name (if personalized card) in order for the card to be reissued.
