Dashboard Report

The dashboard provides aggregated payment data over time. By default, the data includes payments issued for all programs in the current year, but users can filter by Program and dates.

Term	Definition
Total Payments	The total number of payments that are in a complete status.
Total Amount	The sum amount of all payments that have been completed. Note: The graph is based on the month the payment was submitted. (e.g., If the payment was submitted in November, but completed in December, it will show in the graph as November)
Digital Payments	The percent of payments processed that were digitally delivered. Ex: digital prepaid card or an eGift card.
Physical Payments	The percent of payments processed that were physically delivered. Ex: check
Accounts Balances	A list of funding accounts and their current balance based on funds received by CDCO and payments that have been processed.
