What should I know about payments and timelines?

Payments and delivery timelines vary depending on how your co-op chooses to pay for the cards:

  • ACH Payments: Submit your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance of your desired delivery date.

  • Check Payments: Plan for 4–5 weeks in advance, as delivery depends on when payment is received.

  • Card Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, physical cards arrive in 5–10 business days, while digital cards are delivered almost instantly via email.

Card Expiration:

  • Most cards expire 6 months from the order date.

  • If a card expires, don’t worry—it can be reissued and reactivated for another 6 months. Simply call CDCO or the number on the back of the card.
