As part of your onboarding process, a member of the CDCO team will schedule a live walkthrough of the platform. During this session, we’ll guide your team through everything you need to get started confidently—including:

How to log in and access the portal
Navigating the Bulk Payments tab
Selecting and managing your cooperative’s programs
Entering recipient information for manual orders or uploads
Customizing your card and carrier messaging
Reviewing past orders and tracking fulfillment
Understanding the difference between physical and digital delivery
Where to go for support if questions arise

Once the walkthrough is complete, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a link to the tutorial video. You can revisit the video anytime using that email or simply return to this page whenever you need a refresher. It’s also a great resource to share with any new team members who weren’t part of the original onboarding call.
