As part of your onboarding process, a member of the CDCO team will schedule a live walkthrough of the platform. During this session, we’ll guide your team through everything you need to get started confidently—including:

  • How to log in and access the portal

  • Navigating the Bulk Payments tab

  • Selecting and managing your cooperative’s programs

  • Entering recipient information for manual orders or uploads

  • Customizing your card and carrier messaging

  • Reviewing past orders and tracking fulfillment

  • Understanding the difference between physical and digital delivery

  • Where to go for support if questions arise

Once the walkthrough is complete, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a link to the tutorial video. You can revisit the video anytime using that email or simply return to this page whenever you need a refresher. It’s also a great resource to share with any new team members who weren’t part of the original onboarding call.
